| ACHIEVING
THE PROPOSED RESULTS |
Working
directly with our client’s people in the work areas, we implement
organizational and behavioral change. We solicit their input and
ideas in design. We roll up our sleeves and live with the people
making the changes day to day, at all levels during implementation.
This intense involvement has two benefits.
One:
change is “walked into place”. Implementation issues
are identified and resolved quickly, at the lowest levels. People
are provided daily feedback on their training level. People provide
the implementation team with daily feedback on process performance.
Upper management is kept tightly “in the loop.”
Two: behavioral change happens quickly. This effects immediate,
measurable results.
We work with our client financial resources to define the measurement
and schedule of financial results at the start of the project. Then,
the results are tracked and reported weekly and monthly.
The financial
results we measure against are calculated during our Business Analysis
and specified in the Project Proposal. They are based on the findings
of our analytical instruments we use to benchmark a client’s
organization against over 110 companies in our data base.
